Rangsan And Pansit Architecture Co., Ltd. has
been recognized as a leading architectural
consultant firm in Thailand. Originally
found as Rangsan Architecture Co. in 1969,
the firm is leaded by Assistant Professor
Rangsan Torsuwan, along with his partners
and collegues. In fact, Rangsan Architecture
Co. has concluded over 500 buildings,
from single houses to highrises, involved
with most of pioneer buildings at their
time, Chokechai International Office Building
as the tallest tower of the 70s in Thailand,
Smitivej Hospital as the first 80s luxury
private hospital concept, Thai Farmer
Bank (K-Bank) HQ on Paholyothin Road as
the early curtainwall system for highrise
in Thailand, State Tower as the 90s largest
reinforced concrete structure in Asia.
For longer than three decades of praticing
in architecture profession, Asst. Prof.
Rangsan Torsuwan had developed his own
unique style, Postmodernism, by integrating
classical orders/elements with new technologies
which defenitely suite their functions;
Amarin Plaza and Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel
on Rajaprasong junction for example. In
fact, this concept leads many project
succesfully especially in marketing aspect.
After long period serving clients in
architecture design, engineering consulting,
interior architecture, real estate consulting,
and investment consulting, Asst. Prof.
Rangsan Torsuwan finally started his own
invesment for real estate development
in early 1987. In fact, his investment
sector had initiated by launching the
three luxury resorts on Pattaya’s beache
including; Silver Beach Condominium, Park
Beach Condominium and Sky Beach Prestige
Condominium. By the mid of 90’s, Chatpetch
Group was found in order to create a formal
business development organization, beside
architecture and engineering design, involve
with project invesment, management, and
marketing strategies; the projects such
as Silom Precious Tower (State Tower)
,Sathorn Unique Tower, Chatpetch Tower,
Baan Chatpetch, Baan Suanchat, Golden
Beach Condominium, Green Wood Resort,
