Beach Condominium, Park Beach
Condominium was created to expose
a larger market in 1988. The
35 storey tower with 420 residential
units has similar features as
those of Silver Beach, but with
the lower prices. Park Beach
was successfully done for its
pre-sale marketing, able to
close its sale within a month.
