Chatpetch
Tower is another residential
project was developed
to meet the needs of downtown
condominium market during
the boom period. With
its location at the heart
of Bangkok’s new business
on Rama 3, it is possible
for the residential development
which could support the
city’s expansion very
well. The development
of Chatpetch Tower was
launced in 1993 as a highrise
(55 storey with 1,700
units) residential building
in metro Bangkok by the
river of Chaopraya. The
project included the condominiums
and service apartments
aimed for downtown office
